Garage Door Resources
Lowry Membership 101
A garage door is essentially a large moving wall. Like any other mechanical moving device, the garage door needs regular maintenance to maintain maximum performance. Garage door problems usually start out small and if they go unnoticed can eventually lead to the door binding, damaged panels, throwing the door off track, or even having the door completely falling out of the track.
Lowry Doors offers memberships and maintenance contracts for Residential, Commercial and Property Managers who would like the convenience of having Lowry’s take the initiative of reminders for scheduling, as well as discounted and low-cost services, as well as more thorough upkeep.

- To cancel a membership, members must contact Lowry Doors directly.
- We charge for parts used during repairs at the time of service.

- Members receive waitlist priority.
- To make things even easier, we’ll send service reminders when it’s time to schedule.
What is included in the Annual Preventive Maintenance Appointment?
- Our technicians perform a fourteen (14) point maintenance and safety inspection on every garage door in your home.
- We also complete a twelve (12) point inspection on each garage door opener system.
- During the door service, we tighten or replace defective bolts and nuts, lubricate rollers, pulleys, and cables, and adjust springs as needed.
- The opener service includes adjusting the electric opener, tightening the chain, setting limit switches, and lubricating the full drive mechanism.
- After the inspection, we complete a detailed checklist that outlines any safety concerns or needed repairs.
- We review the checklist with the homeowner and provide a copy along with the service call receipt.
- Before leaving, our technician discusses any recommended repairs or replacement options with the homeowner.
