Lowry Doors – The Professionals Since 1950

Professionalism is both an attitude and a skill set. Professionals are experts in their fields and possess the education and experience to apply theoretical knowledge to practice. They perform consistently at a high level, solve problems, are customer-focused, and promote continuous improvement. A professional’s quest for challenge, responsibilities, learning, and development makes the difference between someone invested in a career and someone only doing a job. True professionals also exhibit personal ethics that make them ideal representatives of, and advocates for, an organization’s code of ethics.

What is a Job Shadow?

We are determined to find the right fit, not only for us but we want to be sure that Lowry Doors is the right fit for our applicants as well!  Before you are offered a position at Lowry Doors you will be asked to participate in a job shadow.  This is a paid period of time-varying 2 – 8 hours, in which you will come in a shadow people in your position.  This is a paid shadow and an invaluable experience to see firsthand what your typical workload will be.

Why do you need a driving record?

If you are applying for a driving position, you will be asked to provide your driving record.  We must supply this to our insurance company before we can extend you an official position.  If our insurance will not cover you based on your driver’s license, you will not be hireable for a driving position.
